Former Auditor-General, Daniel Yaw Domelevo has assessed President Akufo-Addo’s dedication to fighting corruption and has rated him 2 or 3/10.
According to him, he is only giving the president such mark for the resources he has invested in the fight against corruption.
“I will give him around 2 or 3 as credit for the funding he gives to institutions,” he said this on GH One Tv, Friday, May 17, 2024.
He attributed the president’s failure to low commitment stating that he has failed in ensuring that government appointees who engage in corruption are punished.
“But as for commitment which is actually key, I think he has failed,” he added.
