The National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Salam Mustapha has stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is not a party that is poised and ready for the upcoming elections.
“NDC likes playing a lot. It is a party that is full of unseriousness. Even with common collation they can’t perform so I am not surprised they are making these false allegations,” he said.
Salam Mustapha made these claims while responding to accusations made by the NDC that the NPP is busing individuals from other constituencies to another to help change the dynamics and outcomes of certain constituencies in the upcoming elections.
He argued that such claims are false.
“So it is no wonder they will be telling you this kind of fable,” he said.
He added that it is not easy to bus people from one constituency to the other to register just to change results.
“When you want to change the results in one constituency, you will have to mobilise 1000s of people depending on the vote difference in that particular constituency.
Some constituencies have over 5,000 to 10,000 vote difference how then do you bus all these people to another constituency with the intention of going to change the results there,? he questioned.
