The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman in the Salaga North Constituency of the Northern Region, Alhaji Adam Mahama has died.
Alhaji Mahama passed away on Monday, 15th July, 2024 at the Tamale Hospital where he was on receiving treatment for an unknown illness.
“Alhaji Mahama until his demise has been the constituency chairman since the creation of the Salaga North Constituency in 2012. He was a true party man and has truly paid his dues to the party and country…,” part of a statement announcing his death stated.
The death of the Salaga North Constituency Chairman has caused the Presidential Candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia to suspend his Community Connect Tour to Kpalbe.
