The true definition of a propagandist in Ghana’s political history lies in former President John Dramani Mahama, Yaw Adomako Baafi has insinuated.
According to the staunch member of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Mahama has mastered lies.
Describing the NDC flagbearer as “a liar who always puts on dark spectacles”, Mr. Baafi believes the NDC leader has indulged in merely propagandist schemes in his campaigns to convince Ghanaians to vote for him come December 7, 2024.
“When Mahama is speaking everyone should take a critical look into his eyes; he’s a liar who always puts on dark spectacles to do his propaganda and lies. He is always in dark spectacles filled with lies,” he shades.
The former NPP Communication Director furthered and urged the NDC presidential candidate to learn from his competitor Dr. Bawumia on wearing “plain glasses” which will make him establish the difference between fact and lies.
Adomako Baafi also defended Dr. Bawumia the NPP flagbearer, on his track record as vice president as against John Dramani Mahama’s entire political career including his presidency.
The vocal politician was of the view that the NDC government’s claims that they are better managers of the economy than the NPP hold no water as they are exposed by the realities of the lives of Ghanaians during the administration of Mr Mahama.
“My brother if you take a retrospective look at how the Akufo-Addo and Bawumia-led NPP government have been able to rescue Ghanaians from the mess Mahama and his NDC left behind, it is a better achievement,” he said on the Angel Morning Show.
Questioning further Mahama’s capacity to seek reelection as president to redeem his integrity, Yaw Adomako Baafi stated that “Mahama can do his propaganda but reality will expose him”.
