Former Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has described Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the ‘only saviour’ who can rescue Ghana.
The former NDC man sharing his view on Dr. Bawumia’s vision for the country when elected President said the NPP flagbearer holds the key to enhancing the nation’s progress.
Dr Bawumia in his vision pledged to scrap some taxes including E-Levy and betting tax. He also said he was going to make the national service voluntary and digitize passport services.
Reacting to these promises on Accra-based Peace FM, Allotey Jacobs said that that Dr Bawumia has become the beacon of hope for the underprivileged, emphasising that the NPP leader is the right man to fix Ghana’s economic challenges.
“In times of economic hardship and global uncertainty, nations require a saviour, and in Ghana that Saviour is Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia…”, Allotey Jacobs said.
