The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia has assured Ghanaians that the current power challenges will come to an end very soon.
Outlining his vision to the Clergy and Imams in Akropong on Monday, April 29, 2024 during his tour of the Eastern Region, Dr. Bawumia assured that the government is actively working to stabilse power supply in the country.
“I know there are challenges and I don’t want to ignore them. We are going to work on them,” he assured the chiefs.
According to the Vice President, his belief that the power crisis will soon be a thing of the past was further boosted by an assurance from the Energy Minister that the ‘Dumsor’ will be over soon.
“From the words I have received from the Minister of Energy, the power challenges will be over very soon, and I mean very soon it will be a thing of the past,” he added.
