Aspiring presidential hopeful, Akwasi Addai Odike, has expressed his disappointment in the leadership structure of the country.
According to him, the governance structure of the country needs to be amended to suit current trends. Akwasi Odike further asserted that the continuous adoption of the colonial government structure can’t solve Ghana’s problem.
“You see in Ghana, we are lacking in the leadership structure. We think putting our hope in someone is the solution but it is not. The colonial master’s module of government will never help to develop the country, no matter the type of government that leads. We will continue to suffer,” he asserted.
He was confused as to why he found himself in Ghana, and expressed his disappointment with the country for being weaved on a web of deceit.
“ We are using lies to build the nation. If you don’t follow the path to deceit, everyone will start hating you. How can the country develop?,” he questioned.
