Vincent Sowah Odotei, a board member of Hearts of Oak, has assured fans that the club will bounce back strongly for the upcoming season.
Hearts of Oak lost 2-1 to Asante Kotoko in the inaugural Democracy Cup, which took place last Wednesday night at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Following the game, many club fans were devastated and dissatisfied with the club’s defeat to Kotoko.
However, board member of Hearts, Vincent Sowah Odotei, speaking to Akoma FM after the game, is overwhelmed with confidence that they will recover.
”We continue to review things, and I am confident that given the caliber of people on the board, we will bounce back strongly.”
Odotei revealed that the club will soon announce their new signings and promised to make the right decision for the club.

Odotei concluded by stating that they will be competitive for the upcoming season.
”Hearts is always suppose to win, so we will go back to the drawing board and ensure that we do what is necessary to make us more competitive for the following season.”
Kotoko’s win on Wednesday secures a friendly match against DC United in USA later this year.
