Former Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko star Charles Taylor has boldly claimed that Mohammed Kudus is a better footballer than Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr.
Taylor argues that Kudus possesses superior quality, setting him above the Brazilian star.
Despite acknowledging Vinicius Jr. as one of the best players in the world, Taylor believes that Kudus, who had an impressive debut season in the Premier League with West Ham, stands out.
Kudus scored 14 goals across all competitions, including eight in the Premier League, justifying the over 50 million euros West Ham paid to secure him from Ajax.
Mohammed Kudus has completed 8⃣1⃣ dribbles in the Premier League since the beginning of 2024.
That’s at least 35 more than any other player 🤯

Taylor insisted that if Kudus were playing for Real Madrid, he would be the “main man” in the team.
He stated on Angel TV, “Kudus is a better footballer than Vinicius Jr. The quality that Kudus displays, Vinicius doesn’t match up, but it’s because we don’t believe in our own players and the lack of quality pitches here.”
“Football is dead, all the wingers a robotic.”

Taylor’s praise for Kudus comes despite Vinicius Jr.’s achievements, including two Champions League titles and being a frontrunner for the Ballon d’Or.
Taylor, who won several trophies with Hearts of Oak and later played for Asante Kotoko, remains a strong advocate for Ghanaian talent.
