The Managing Editor of the Dispatch Newspaper, Benjamin Emmanuel Ephson has claimed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is gradually loosing its roots in the Volta Region.
The pollster told host of Angel Morning Show (AMS), Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah in a phone interview that the opposition party is beginning to lose one of their strongholds in terms of elections.
“If you’re not doing well in your stronghold, no matter how well you’re doing in the swing regions, it will affect you,” the pollster said.
His stated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has surpassed the NDC by 10% votes in three previous elections and hence called on the NDC to intensify their campaigns and find out why they are losing out.
