Municipal Chief Executive of New Juaben South, Isaac Appaw-Gyasi has postulated that the National Democratic Congress have no right in criticising the New Patriotic Party government over the current power challenges.
According to him, the NDC superintended over the worst nightmare of the country when the nation was hit with rampant power outages from 2012 to 2016.
“The fact of the matter is that if Ghana didn’t go into a ditch of four years of ‘dumsor’ under the NDC, why is the NDC insinuating Ghana will go into a ditch now,” he questioned.
H added that the NDC have no moral right to talk about ‘dumsor’ because they they have made us suffer for more than four years and therefore, do not deserve any chance again.
“NDC took us into ‘dumsor’ for four years and if they are here complaining about just this three or four months’ problem, then they don’t deserve to lead Ghana again,” he said.
