Businessman cum Politician, Akwasi Addae, also known as Odike has said that the general public’s overdependency on political parties’ manifestoes is the bane of the country’s development.
According to Odike, political manifestoes have contributed less to the development of the country since the introduction of multi-party democracy.
“What the NDC and the NPP keep promising in their manifestoes are never executed…they promise nothing but lies…,” he said on Angel Morning Show on Monday, February 12, 2024
The outspoken politician advocated an effective national policy plan which would dictate the development structure of the country in the coming years.
“The NPP and NDC are playing with Ghanaians, they repeat themselves on policy…both Bawumia and Mahama are saying the same thing because they know they can always lie their way to power…,” he added.
He, however, blamed Ghanaian voters for this negative occurrence adding that “Ghanaians have left the NPP and NDC to do what they want.”
