President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is expected to grace the 2023 grand finale of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).
The much-anticipated contest will be happening on Monday, October 30, 2023, at the National Theater in Accra.
The President, in honor of the NSMQ’s 30th anniversary, would for the first time address the audience at the auditorium before the commencement of the epic showdown.

The NSMQ 2023 grand finale will be a battle of two-time champions, Opoku Ware School (OWASS), seven-time champions Presbyterian Boys Senior High, Legon (PRESEC), and two-time champions, Achimota School (MOTOWN).
While PRESEC will be at the finals for the fifth time in a row, OWASS returns after three years with MOTOWN also making their first finale in fourteen years.

All schools are optimistic about winning the trophy this year.
