Salam Mustapha, the National Youth Organizer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged the youth to elect leaders which have the ability to provide them with a better future.
Alluding to the successes of Dubai, Mustapha Salam who was speaking on Angel Morning Show (AMS), on Monday said the United Arab Emirates (UAE) city wouldn’t have witnessed major transformation into a world-class travel destination if it had bad leadership.
“Dubai’s current success wasn’t achieved by magic; it was the result of dedicated efforts by people who worked tirelessly to make the country attractive and prosperous…so leadership is everything so we should work to elect effective leaders,” he stated.
Salam emphasized that Ghana will achieve similar progress and development if the country elects exceptional leaders, particularly among the youth, who can bring positive change.
“John Dramani Mahama serves as a prime example of poor leadership, and Ghanaians should avoid electing him at this critical moment,” Mustapha said, pointing out Mahama’s past leadership failures.
He urged the youth to be vigilant and proactive in choosing leaders who can steer the country toward growth and success, similar to the remarkable development seen in Dubai.
